Editable policy draft
This policy is a clear working draft for private review and must be finalized by SproutEssence before public launch.
Current delivery approach
SproutEssence is based in Sector 150, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. Delivery availability, timing and charges are confirmed directly for each order while the final delivery rules are being configured.
Delivery charges
No fixed delivery charge, radius or free-delivery threshold is promised on this site. The system is prepared for future PIN-code, local, distance-based and threshold rules.
Fresh delivery
Customers should provide an accurate address, PIN code, contact number and any access instructions. A recipient should be available to receive perishable items at the confirmed time.
