If you need to change or cancel an order request, contact SproutEssence promptly by WhatsApp or email and include the order reference.
Fresh and made-to-order items
Fresh microgreens are perishable and may be harvested or prepared against confirmed demand. The final cancellation window and refund eligibility must be set by SproutEssence before public launch.
Problems with an order
Contact SproutEssence as soon as reasonably possible with the order reference and clear details of the issue. The team will review the specific order and explain the available resolution.
Payment refunds
When an online payment gateway is connected, verified refunds will be processed through the provider. Exact processing times must be confirmed for the selected gateway.
