A varied path, a clear purpose
From nutrition to new industries—and back again.
Bhawana’s journey began with formal training in nutrition and almost two years of working closely with hospitals, including valuable experience connected with Manipal Hospital. That early work built a practical appreciation for health, everyday food and patient-centred care.
Curiosity later led her into IT, where she learned structured systems, operations and problem-solving, and then into real estate, where she deepened her understanding of business, people and long-term planning.
Through each chapter, her interest in nutrition and clean, conscious food remained. In 2025, that thread became SproutEssence: a focused microgreens brand built to bridge careful growing with vibrant everyday meals.
Food can be fresh, colourful and joyful—and small daily choices can feel beautifully considered.
